About
I'm a Malaysian Chinese illustrator living in a small town called Seremban in Malaysia.
I’ve previously had working experience as a graphic designer, along with a BA in Graphic Design from Coventry University. I started my foray into comics in 2015 on a Chinese platform, with 2 original stories that I’ve written and illustrated.
My art style is a combination of digital and traditional media; I enjoy mixing the two to achieve a natural and at times unexpected aesthetic. Growing up, I was heavily influenced by Eastern culture, but I’ve also grown to love Western art movements such as the Art Nouveau era and the Art Deco movement. My other inspirations include Harry Clarke, Kay Nielson, and Edmund Dulac.
I'm currently represented by Angharad Kowal Stannus of Kowal Stannus Agency. For all work enquiries, kindly email angharad@kowalstannusagency.com
